Comprehensive Protection: All brand new laptops and desktop computers include 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty covering hardware defects and manufacturing issues.

PRICING AND TAXATION

VAT Exclusion: All quoted prices are exclusive of 16% VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Final invoicing will include applicable taxes as per Kenya Revenue Authority requirements.

Standard Delivery Timeline

  • Regular Delivery: 1-5 business days from order confirmation
  • Express Delivery: Available upon customer request for urgent requirements
  • Same-Day Service: Available within Nairobi for qualifying orders

Delivery Cost Policy

Non-Refundable Charges: Once items are successfully delivered and accepted, delivery charges are non-refundable. Please ensure recipient availability at delivery location.
