ELIGIBLE REFUND CONDITIONS
Out-of-Nairobi Deliveries
Full refunds are available for customers outside Nairobi under the following specific circumstances:
Defective Product on Arrival:
- Product must be defective upon delivery
- Payment must have been made in full prior to delivery
- Defect must be reported within 12 hours of delivery
Critical Timing Requirement: All product defects must be communicated to Kilan Technologies within the first 12 hours of receiving the item to qualify for refund consideration.
NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS
Confirmed Working Deliveries
No refunds available for items delivered by our professional riders that are confirmed to be in working condition upon delivery. This includes products that pass delivery inspection and functionality testing.
Brand New Product Time Limit
No refunds will be issued on brand new items beyond the 12-hour reporting window. After this period, all products are covered exclusively under manufacturer warranty terms.
REFUND PROCESS
To Request a Refund:
- Contact Kilan Technologies within 12 hours of delivery
- Provide detailed description of product defect
- Submit photographic evidence if applicable
- Arrange product return inspection
Processing Timeline:
- Immediate acknowledgment of refund requests
- Product evaluation within 24 hours of return
- Refund processing upon confirmation of eligible defect
- Full refund credited to original payment method
WARRANTY ALTERNATIVE
After 12-Hour Window: All products transition to manufacturer warranty coverage, providing comprehensive protection and service through authorized manufacturer channels with Kilan Technologies coordination support.
