Exclusive Offering: Installment payment options are available exclusively for Apple products through our authorized financing partnership program.
FINANCING PARTNERSHIP STRUCTURE
Third-Party Financing Provider
Important Clarification: Financing services are provided by our authorized partner company, not directly by Kilan Technologies. We facilitate access to financing but do not provide credit services.
Independent Financing Agreement
Separate Contract: The financing agreement (“Lipa Pole Pole” terms) is a direct contract between the customer and the financing company. Kilan Technologies is not a party to this financing contract.
Financing Terms: All repayment terms, interest rates, and payment schedules are determined and managed exclusively by the financing partner, not by Kilan Technologies.
PAYMENT & TRANSACTION PROCESS
Direct Payment Requirement
Payment Destination: All installment payments must be made directly to the financing company. Kilan Technologies does not collect or process financing payments.
Customer Due Diligence
Buyer Responsibility: By proceeding with financed purchases, customers acknowledge they have:
- Reviewed and understood all financing terms and conditions
- Completed necessary due diligence regarding financing obligations
- Authorized the financing company to procure goods on their behalf
KILAN TECHNOLOGIES RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Warranty Coverage
Warranty Assurance: Despite third-party financing arrangements, Kilan Technologies maintains full warranty responsibility for all Apple products according to our standard warranty terms and conditions.
Service Commitment: Product defects, repairs, and warranty claims are handled directly by Kilan Technologies regardless of financing arrangements.
Limited Involvement Scope
Service Boundaries: Kilan Technologies involvement is strictly limited to:
- Initial product sale and delivery
- Warranty service and support
- Product-related technical assistance
FINANCING RELATIONSHIP DISCLAIMERS
Post-Sale Independence
No Financing Involvement: Kilan Technologies is not involved in any post-sale financing activities including:
- Payment processing or collection
- Repayment schedule modifications
- Asset repossession procedures
- Financing dispute resolution
- Contract enforcement actions
Customer-Financier Direct Relationship
Independent Resolution: All financing-related matters, disputes, or concerns must be addressed directly with the financing partner. Kilan Technologies cannot intervene in financing relationship matters.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By proceeding with installment financing, customers acknowledge and agree that:
- Financing terms are governed by the financing partner’s agreements
- Payment obligations are exclusively with the financing company
- Product warranty remains with Kilan Technologies
- Financing and product purchase are separate contractual relationships
